We will confirm you order by email if you supply your email address to us. All orders are shipped within 72 hrs whenever possible, (weekends and holidays excluded). If we are out of stock we will advise you of the delay.
Postage (for Retail customers)
- All pattern orders NZ$100 or more are postage free.
- All small kits to New Zealand are $9 and large kits are $17
- Small kits to Australia are $20 and large kits are $30
- Postage cost on kits to all other countries NZ$40 for small kit and NZ$55 for large kit ie twin/single bed
- All kits are now posted Economy Courier with signature required.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank cheque in $NZ. Direct bank deposit.

Returns
If you find a fault with the product or the wrong product has been supplied, please advise us by email or fax and we will arrange for it to be returned to us. When the goods arrive in their original condition we will refund or exchange the goods.
