We will confirm you order by email if you supply your email address to us. All orders are shipped within 72 hrs whenever possible, (weekends and holidays excluded). If we are out of stock we will advise you of the delay.
Postage
- All pattern orders NZ$100 or more are postage free.
- All kits to New Zealand and Australia are postage free.
- Standard economy postage cost on kits to all other countries NZ$12.50 for small kit and NZ$25 for large kit ie single bed

Returns
If you find a fault with the product or the wrong product has been supplied, please advise us by email or fax and we will arrange for it to be returned to us. When the goods arrive in their original condition we will refund or exchange the goods.
